that sounds fishy! or maybe you somehow got an old set of directions in a new can? i guess i'd contact the manufacturer (at very least, you might get free protein from the ordeal?)

yeah, I'd look at the protein content in each scoop and see how much you really want to be taking anyway, according to your body weight and all. I would also call any 1-800 number listed on the can. Not many people know this about me, but I am a big fan of those numbers and often call up and ask them random questions. lol.

If all else fails, switch brands. J. Robb whey protein is very tasty.
